Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our values and business goals. You’ll take a proactive approach to sourcing and pipeline building, ensuring we stay ahead of future hiring needs while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and role requirements

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated future hiring needs

  • Create and post compelling job descriptions across appropriate platforms to attract diverse talent

  • Conduct initial screening calls and support structured interview processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion rates)

  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through clear and timely communication

  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and represent the company at virtual and in-person recruiting events

  • Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and strategies

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and pipeline development

  • Proven ability to proactively identify and engage top talent, especially passive candidates

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employment law related to recruitment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in the SaaS or aviation space

  • Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing

  • Experience hiring for high paced sales roles
