What You'll Do
- Run the day-to-day execution of Talent Acceleration programs across learning, leadership, performance, and culture
- Turn priorities into clear plans-building timelines, workflows, and tracking progress
- Manage multiple programs at once, keeping everything organized and on track
- Coordinate logistics and systems behind programs (e.g., onboarding, sessions, tools, communications)
- Create and maintain playbooks, guides, and documentation so programs can scale
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed programs into how teams work
- Provide regular updates and insights on progress, impact, and opportunities to improve
- Spot risks or roadblocks early and escalate when needed
- Work closely with the Director of Talent Acceleration to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution decisions
- Support and guide program resources (e.g., Co-op and LMS contractor) on day-to-day work
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve the experience and effectiveness of programs
What You'll Bring
- ~5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, HR, consulting, or related fields
- Strong project/program management skills-you know how to keep things moving and organized
- Ability to turn ideas into action, building clear plans and executing against them
- Experience running programs or initiatives end-to-end (logistics, stakeholders, tracking, follow-through)
- Comfort working with data to understand what's working and where to improve
- Strong communication skills-you can keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work
