Your core focus as Field Service Technician will be to provide remote and on-site repair of system problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
What You'll Do
- Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys present and take appropriate action.
- Perform confirmation tests as directed.
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible experience in a combination of the following areas; Networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity and related software.
- Demonstrated experience with information & Document Lifecycle process, products and services.
- Knowledgeable in hardware and software industry.
- Demonstrate comfort with installation and upgrades; Must have experience with multifunctional devices.
- Experience in cloud applications, IT Infrastructure & Security and systems integration.
- Expertise in workflows, processes, and scripting.
- Valid Driver’s License and must be able to travel to sites periodically
Earn Well
- Hourly Range: $26.30-$35.99, depending on experience.
