You will work closely with Ceragon’s sales, channel, product, marketing, services, and operations teams to build strong partner relationships and expand our presence across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North American system integrator channel strategy.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new strategic system integrator partners.
  • Build joint business plans, account strategies, and go-to-market initiatives with priority partners.

  • Track partner performance and ensure relationships deliver measurable pipeline, bookings, and growth.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, system integrator management, alliance sales, business development, telecommunications, networking, or related technology markets.
  • Proven success developing new partners and generating revenue through system integrators.
  • Demonstrated experience carrying and achieving sales or channel targets.
  • Strong background in complex B2B sales, account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and negotiation.
  • Experience working with senior executives, sales teams, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of wireless transport, private networks, mission-critical connectivity, or related infrastructure solutions preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and business-planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America.

Who You Are

You are a hunter and business builder who enjoys opening new doors, developing strategic partnerships, and turning relationships into measurable business results. You bring strong executive presence, commercial discipline, technical curiosity, and the persistence needed to move complex opportunities from concept to close.

Requirements

•     Hunter + builder: proactively opens doors, recruits partners, originates opportunities, and creates a path where none exists.

•     Commercially accountable: treats relationships as a means to measurable pipeline, bookings, margin, and customer outcomes.

•     Partner credible: understands how integrators make money and builds a compelling reason for them to invest in Ceragon.

•     Technically curious: learns complex solutions quickly and can connect product capability to partner services and customer business needs.

•     Operationally disciplined: uses business plans, scorecards, CRM inspection, and clear commitments to manage performance.

•     Executive presence: earns credibility with senior partner and customer leaders and can navigate complex negotiations.

•     Collaborative orchestrator: aligns sales, product, marketing, services, finance, legal, operations, distributors, and integrators around a common pursuit plan.

•     Persistent and decisive: follows opportunities through obstacles, addresses performance issues early, and keeps teams moving toward a close.
