About the role
As a member of the strategy leadership team, you will help conceive and refine processes that enhance collaboration among strategy, analytics, media, scientific, creative, and account teams, to produce strategic recommendations that lead to significant business outcomes. As an inspirational leader, you will consistently strive to bring out the best from your team, serving as the primary face and driving force for Engagement Strategy.
What you'll do
- Omnichannel engagement strategies that align with brand objectives, leveraging deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes
- Partnering with internal teams and clients to shape brand footprints across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user experiences.
- Creating activation briefs, content strategy plans, and provide inputs to project briefs for tactical deliverables across digital, social, CRM, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborating closely with account, strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure holistic planning and flawless execution.
- Oversight, partnering with team to regularly update and implement key Engagement deliverables such as:
- Source of out-of-box experiential thinking and inspiration—leveraging cross category analogues, industry innovations, and first-in-class experiences
- Lead for Brand Planning ideation—ensuring tactical ideation is purposeful, grounded in engagement strategy, and cohesive

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or related field required
- MBA in Marketing, or related field preferred
- 12-15 years of marketing experience specifically in multi-channel digital space
- 5-10 years of working in pharma/healthcare (HCP, patient, and consumer experience)
- Minimum of 5 years working in an agency or consultancy
- Proven experience being an articulate storyteller
- Comfortable frequently toggling between objectives and execution
- Demonstrable experience in building, managing, and growing a functional group or team of experts
- Significant management/supervisory experience
