Our ESG and Sustainability team sits within the broader Corporate Strategy and Development function, shaping the way we do business across our global organization of 6,500 employees.

The Role:

As a Sustainability Analyst, you’ll play a key part in advancing our ESG strategy. You’ll help drive progress on our environmental and social goals, support compliance with evolving local and international standards, and build connections across the business to embed sustainability into everything we do.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate ESG assessments and disclosures (such as SASB index, CDP assessments, annual greenhouse gas inventories, NQC Supplier Assurance Questionnaires, and EcoVadis).
  • Maintain a centralized library of ESG-related documents and knowledge to support transparency and readiness.
  • Help ensure our operations comply with local and international regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as a link between ESG and cross-functional teams to establish robust processes for disclosures, regulatory reporting, and data collection.
  • Support both internal and external sustainability audits.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of ESG policies and processes aligned with regulatory needs and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, customers, and consultants to advance HERE’s ESG objectives.
  • Assist in preparing external ESG reports, including our annual Sustainability Report, greenhouse gas inventory, and CSRD submissions.
Who are you?

You’re passionate about sustainability and eager to grow your expertise. You bring most of the following:


  • 1–2 years of experience in ESG or sustainability reporting, compliance, operations, or consulting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A problem-solving mindset, capable of linking regulatory or customer requirements to practical company processes and policies.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities — you enjoy working with diverse teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience preparing or contributing to sustainability metrics, reports, and external disclosures.
  • A genuine interest in ESG topics and a desire to continuously learn and develop.

The expected base salary range for this position is $51,000to $84,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. 

This position is also eligible for a target annual performance, which is subject to company and individual performance.
