Position Summary:  

The Supply Chain Risk Manager (SCRM) is a key member of the Supply Chain team under the Integrated Electronics Regional Supply Chain organization with a focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the global supply chain network. This role ensures continuity of supply, compliance with regulatory requirements (ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, CMMC, AS9100, NIST, etc.), and protection of company assets and reputation. The Supply Chain Risk Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to develop and implement robust risk management strategies.

This is a full-time position in which the candidate is able to work remotely. Weekly domestic travel to TTM Sites, up to 25-50% of the time may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Risk Manager (SCRM):

  • Develop Aerospace & Defense strategy by utilizing available Supply Chain Risk Management platforms, tools and services, both internally and externally (Resilinc, Riskmethods, Interos, D&B, Moody’s, etc.), to conduct comprehensive risk assessments across Suppliers, Materials, and FAR/DFAR Compliance to TTM Standard Work of policies and procedures
  • Understand and predict Material risks, including, but not limited to: Tariffs, Conflict Minerals, Rare Earths, Geopolitical and Natural Disasters, Track and interpret trade policies, sanctions, export/import restrictions, etc.
  • Monitor Supply Base impacts caused by geopolitical, financial, environmental, and cybersecurity risks and develop recommended mitigation strategies (Counterfeit parts detection and prevention, Obsolescence, Single/Sole Source, Supply Chain Cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Change Agent to execute business plans to ensure TTM Aerospace & Defense supply chain implements policies and procedures to account for Risk Mitigation Strategies, Supplier Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Champion Supply Chain’s Advanced Procurement of Material (AMP) and communicate financial, operational and programmatic risks of internally funded long lead material
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Supply Chain risk matters throughout Stakeholder engagements. Expected to collaborate across Procurement, Government Compliance, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Operations, Supplier Management Teams, and Program Management
  • Foster a culture of risk management throughout the supply chain organization, and provide training and guidance to internal teams on risk awareness and best practices
  • Define, Develop, Track and Report on risk management KPIs (supply chain disruption response time, supplier risk score improvements, audit finding reduction, etc.)

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid experience in developing supplier relationships, supplier development, and supplier risk management
  • Business acumen associated with crisis management, business continuity planning, long life cycle engagement, supply chain tiers, contracting types, cost avoidance/savings mitigation, etc.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong project management with strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability and interest to work in a tight-deadline, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to work well in a high-paced, dynamic, and matrix environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of key financial metrics and business acumen
  • Effective communication skills (incl. email, presentation), team facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency with commonly used applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cognos, SharePoint, Oracle, etc.

Required Education and Experience:

Education:  Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Preference for degrees in Supply Chain Management, Business Management / Administration, Economics, and/or Engineering.  Preferred: Supply Chain Professional Certifications from industry-recognized organizations (e.g. CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CSCMP, CPL, CPCM, etc.). 

Experience:  12 + Years of experience within supply chain, or related experience, or a combination of advanced education and experience; A&D Industry experience highly preferred, or experience within the government contracting sector.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
