Ternary is seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to join our mission of building the best multi-cloud FinOps platform on the market. You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to digital marketing efforts that help engineers, finance, and business leaders maximize the business value of the cloud.
Global cloud spending will grow at more than 20% annually to over $670B in 2024, and enterprises are actively looking for a platform that helps them control cloud spend. As a Summer Marketing Intern at Ternary, you’ll play an important role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, learning the essentials of campaign execution, social media management, and market research.
We:

Are a passionate team devoted to building the platform we wish we had in our past roles as engineers, finance leaders, and operators.

Have a founding team with deep experience; many of us helped build the earliest products in the FinOps space.

Serve enterprise customers and managed service providers operating at massive scale.
You:

Are a rising Junior, Senior, or recent college graduate pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing or a related field.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Are familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Are organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with a positive attitude.

Bonus points if you have experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.
Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Create engaging social media content (both messaging and graphics) across platforms.

Support website content publication and maintenance.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Analyze marketing campaign metrics and contribute to reporting.

Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming and content development.
Details:

Location: Must be based in Boston or the Greater Boston area and willing to meet in-person on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Compensation: $20/hour.

Schedule: 40 hours/week, maximum. Monday-Friday (Not eligible for overtime).

Internship Duration: June through August 2025.
