• Enrolled and currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
• Returning to school after Summer 2027 to complete your degree
• Enrolled in a college or university in North America
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming/design, algorithms, and data structures and how to efficiently implement them into a solution
• Hands-on experience or strong curiosity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and an eagerness to integrate them into real-world engineering workflows.
• A budding AI-first mindset — comfortable experimenting with prompting techniques and leveraging AI to learn across the stack, ramp up quickly, and contribute meaningfully from day one.
• Strong understanding of CS fundamentals and practical coding application
• Team player with demonstrated collaboration skills

• Experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools
• Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes
• Experience using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or other agent-based frameworks
• Coursework in SQL and relational database concepts
• Proficiency in Java, Javascript and related frameworks
• Working knowledge of HTML and web technologies
• Knowledge of front end and back end languages
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $43 - $52 per hour. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
