SharkNinja is seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Early Talent Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for an full-time summer internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, employer branding, and program development to gain hands-on experience in early career recruitment. You'll support key initiatives for the 2025-2026 early talent recruitment cycle while contributing to the planning and delivery of impactful programming for interns and co-ops.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
  • Collaborate with team members across Talent Access, Employer Branding, Talent Acceleration, Marketing, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to develop marketing and branding materials that promote SharkNinja's Early Talent programs across university and digital channels
  • Support the Early Talent Program Manager in designing and building structured programming, including welcome strategy, engagement events, and visibility opportunities for interns and co-ops
  • Research best practices and trends in early talent recruitment, diversity outreach, and intern engagement, and present insights and recommendations
  • Support launch of rebranded Early Talent employee resource group
  • Build slide decks and visual presentations that showcase the data-driven story of SharkNinja's Early Talent initiatives and to support programming initiatives
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external Early Talent events
  • Share feedback and ideas to help continuously improve our Early Talent recruitment strategy and programming

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
  • Education: Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday) from June through August, with 3 days onsite in Needham and 2 days remote
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with strong attention to detail and design
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A genuine interest in enhancing the experience for early career talent and helping others grow professionally
