As a Product Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real-world initiatives that shape the future of our digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data experts to support key projects, influence product strategy, and contribute to meaningful enhancements across Forbes.com. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define and refine product features, functionality, and user flows
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of product roadmaps for core experiences
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance data to surface insights and inform decision-making
  • Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, and user research activities
  • Support the strategic alignment of product initiatives with business goals and user needs
  • Attend and contribute to agile ceremonies, team standups, and strategic planning sessions
  • Bring fresh perspective and curiosity to identifying product opportunities and solving real-world challenges

The Ideal Candidate

  • A student pursuing a degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Passionate about digital innovation, emerging tech, and building user-centric experiences
  • A creative and analytical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Eager to learn, ask questions, and make an impact from day one

About Our Summer Intern Program

  • Our internships are paid.
  • This internship is approximately 40 hours/week Monday-Friday.
  • Internships begin mid-June and end mid-August
  • Interns are invited to weekly presentations to hear from leaders within the organization.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00 - $21.00
