The Digital Marketing & Content coop will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day digital retail operations and activations at Walmart and Sam's Club. S/he will assist the Content Manager and Sr. Performance Marketing Manager in retail set-ups, online content management and retail media operations. S/he will have worked in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate clearly.

The Digital Marketing & Content coop will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day digital retail operations and activations at Walmart and Sam's Club. S/he will assist the Content Manager and Sr. Performance Marketing Manager in retail set-ups, online content management and retail media operations. S/he will have worked in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate clearly.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Assist with new product listing setups for Walmart 1P, Walmart Marketplace & Sam's Club, including completing setup sheets & submitting digital content through retailer portals (copy, gallery images, video, enhanced content)
- Become a super-user in retailer platforms to make content & site experience updates most efficient and flawlessly executed
- Support in executing digital content changes across Walmart & Sam's Club portfolio for optimized and accurate consumer facing product details & assets
- Support Content Manager in tracking digital content scores and content changes over time to evaluate impact on product sales & conversion
- Scrub websites ensure all product content is accurately represented and is best in class
- Analyze competitive and complimentary products on retailer sites to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in project-management of creative assets for Retail Media campaigns - including writing briefs, entering creative tickets, and obtaining required approvals
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Rising junior or above in a related bachelor's degree program
- Must be able to come into our Needham, MA office at least 1-2 days per week during internship period
- Ability to work cross-functionally and throughout levels of the organization with ease
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix
- Strong attention to detail to be able to coordinate all product details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all consumer facing materials
- Communicates clearly and is highly organized
- Proficient in Excel (vlookups, Pivot tables)
- Proficiency in Photoshop a plus
