About the Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY
Manage the student experience for specific programs within the EDGE team’s portfolio to deliver on Northeastern’s values around experiential learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns; serve as the connector for learners to various university resources.
Work with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement.
Develop and implement communication and engagement plan for learners.
Organize and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed.
Collect information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics; escalate specific learner concerns to program manager.
Assist in course registration and manage student orientation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Highly developed people skills and ability to successfully communicate, both in writing and verbally, with a broad range of stakeholders.
Strong organizational, problem solving, administrative, and time management skills.
Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize data.
Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills.
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree with two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience.

$52,820.00 - $74,607.50With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
