Description
We are looking for a talented Vice President to step into a pivotal role to lead strategic initiatives, launch impactful products, and refine our product framework. You will work with global teams to implement effective practices and contribute to meaningful change across JPMorganChase.
As a Strategy & Transformation Vice President in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), you will shape and lead strategic initiatives that redefine our product operating model. Collaborate with senior leadership and global teams to develop products that enhance our technology, operations, and real estate functions. Your role will involve shaping and managing our product routines, optimizing our product framework, and advising product, tech, and user experience teams to craft strategies that elevate CAO's delivery of consumer-grade products and services. With CAO's expansive reach across 60 countries, you'll drive mission-critical projects that shape our strategic vision and deliver impactful solutions across JPMorganChase.
Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with product leadership to define and deliver transformation initiatives, focusing on advancing our product operating model and driving strategic change.
  • Advise product teams in crafting strategies that foster innovation across technology, operations, and real estate, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex challenges.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and user experience teams to prioritize initiatives that elevate CAO's delivery of consumer-grade products and services.
  • Design and implement a funding model that strategically allocates resources to maximize impact across our products .
  • Plan, organize, and manage product routines, ensuring they are effective and aligned with CAO's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance product team operations, drawing on industry best practices and internal insights.
  • Support the growth of product talent by providing coaching and mentorship, empowering partners at all levels to excel.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their development and cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 6+ years consulting experience with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to manage key elements of a workstream, escalating / seeking help when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-starter with initiative and motivation, adept at navigating complex challenges.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams or initiatives, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in product management preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in technology, operations, or real estate, providing insights into strategic decision-making.
