- Partner with clients to design and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, technology, and organizational effectiveness
- Support organizational transformation efforts including operating model design, governance structures, process optimization, and future-state organization design
- Lead workstreams focused on change management, stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communication planning, and adoption strategies
- Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, define priorities, and drive decision-making
- Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and PMO governance processes to support successful execution
- Assess current-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable future-state solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to coordinate complex transformation programs and ensure alignment across business functions
- Support marketing and digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations improve customer engagement, commercial effectiveness, and operational performance
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to address organizational, workforce, and operational challenges
- Monitor transformation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
What you'll bring:
- 2-5 years of consulting, transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, workforce advisory, human capital, or operational excellence experience
- Experience supporting client-facing engagements within consulting, advisory, or transformation-focused environments
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives, technology implementations, process transformations, or operating model redesigns
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement strategies, and organizational adoption frameworks
- Experience working within PMO structures, governance models, or large-scale transformation programs
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and implementation plans
- Experience developing roadmaps, process maps, business cases, governance frameworks, and executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not required
