ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
- Support end-to-end delivery of Patient Support Services technology solutions, working closely with senior consultants, architects, and client stakeholders.
- Support requirements gathering workshops for PSS programs including: Enrollment & intake, Case management, Benefits verification, prior authorization, Patient engagement and education, Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, understand and apply program SOPs, compliance, and PHI considerations
- Configure and support solutions on: Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Assist in defining workflows, validations, and program logic
- Support Experience Cloud portals for patient, provider, or field users
- Collaborate with developers to clarify functional intent and validate builds
- Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, and defect validation
- Assist with go-live and hypercare activities
- Ensure documentation is up to date and delivery standards are followedWhat you'll bring:
What you'll bring
- 3-6+ years of experience in Patient Support Services technology implementations
- This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on PSS domain experience who can translate business requirements into functional designs and Salesforce configurations under guidance.
- Strong understanding of pharma PSS operations and workflows
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud
- Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
- Exposure to patient support programs for rare disease, specialty, or cell & gene therapy programs
- Proficiency in working within a virtual global team environment, contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects
- Travel to other offices as required to collaborate with clients and internal project teams
- Fluency in English
