The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Consulting Senior Associate - Technology Sector, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions that align with their business objectives and drive growth.
In this role, you will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to provide strategic guidance and insights
- Developing recommendations to help clients achieve their goals and optimize operations
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for growth and enhance overall business performance
- Conducting research and competitive analysis to inform strategic solutions
- Utilizing business analysis and strategic planning skills to support client engagements
- Implementing business process improvement initiatives to drive business transformation
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal brand
- Interpreting data analytics to inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
