The Role
As an Startegy and Operations Lead, you will design and own key operational processes to ensure high outcomes for a part of the student experience. You will become a subject-matter expert and experiment with solutions that can support 10x growth in active students. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with other operations teams, product, sales & customer success, and our learning team. You will be responsible for building a team over time and establishing clear roles and responsibilities for owning key metrics.
Own operational processes and achieve success metrics, focusing on a part of the student journey from graduation to job placement.
Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the student experience at scale.
Collaborate regularly with our Product and Operations teams to design and implement solutions that satisfy our students’ needs.
Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, and Client Team to provide visibility into trainee feedback and help inform their roadmaps

You have operational experience in a direct-to-consumer startup.
You have 7+ years of experience, including consulting.
You are passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education.
You are highly analytical with strong communication skills
You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully
You learn quickly through experimentation
You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Base Salary: $160k - 200k
