Strategic Tax Planning Manager. Boston, MA. Salary Range: $215,000 to $251,000 per year. Work/coordinate with corporate stakeholders (legal, finance, treasury, IT, strategy, supply chain, business development). Provide technical expertise in financial management (M&A, international tax, and/or transfer pricing), identify operational and reporting challenges and implement global transfer pricing, tax structures, and project management.
Requires MBA and two years of experience providing federal tax and mergers and acquisition advice for corporate tax services (including M&A planning and research services), assisting with tax matters including tax basis, earning and profits, identifying tax exposure, delivering due diligence and tax structuring services, and communicating findings and opportunities.
