Job Description

We're seeking Sr. Talent & Development Partner to join the Talent & Transformation team and help drive the design, delivery, and amplification of professional and technical development programs across Bose. In this high-impact role, you’ll work with talent management peers, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and external partners to identify capability gaps, craft engaging learning pathways, and ensure employees have the tools and resources to grow their careers.

You’ll serve as a connector and enabler—bringing together insights, solutions, and communication strategies to scale meaningful development opportunities that reflect Bose’s commitment to learning and innovation.

About the Job

Development Program Design & Delivery

  • Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of employee development strategies that build critical professional and technical skills across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps, define learning objectives, and align development experiences with business needs.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to translate business challenges into learning solutions that improve performance, agility, and growth.
  • Develop and deliver blended learning solutions, including workshops, curated content, vendor-led programs, and peer-based learning.
  • Facilitate development experiences—live, virtual, or hybrid—that foster skill growth, career exploration, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track participation, feedback, and learning outcomes to demonstrate value and inform future investments.

Engagement & Communication

  • Build awareness and excitement around development programs by creating engaging communication materials and campaigns.
  • Highlight employee career journeys and success stories to encourage peer learning and increase program visibility.
  • Contribute to the development of user-friendly resources that support self-directed learning and career navigation.

Talent Management Processes

  • Serve as internal consultant and program manager for Bose talent strategies, including talent planning and performance management.
  • Partner with HRBPs, regional HR teams, and leaders to integrate talent programs and processes within the regional teams.

Vendor & Platform Management

  • Work with external learning partners and vendors to deliver quality programs that fill capability gaps.
  • Leverage learning technologies to design, manage, track, and promote learning experiences.

What you bring

Required:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to consult with stakeholders, translate needs into action, and design practical and engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience supporting technical and/or professional development initiatives in corporate environments.
  • Confident facilitator and communicator—comfortable leading sessions and crafting clear, compelling messages.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and program evaluation techniques.
  • Proficient with L&D tools and technologies, including LMS platforms, content libraries, and collaboration tools (e.g., Workday, M365).

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a tech or engineering-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with career development frameworks, coaching strategies, or mentorship programs.
  • Experience with vendors such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Synthesia AI or Pluralsight.
