What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Supply Planning & Operations Program Manager. This role combines deep supply planning expertise with cross-functional management and operational strategy support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage complex projects, and serves as a trusted partner to drive supply chain initiatives that directly impact revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Supply Planning leadership to manage, track, and execute high-priority supply planning initiatives.
  • Act as the liaison across supply chain, strategic sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and timely execution of key programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dashboards for strategic supply initiatives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in supply planning, proactively escalating issues and proposing solutions.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, prepare presentations, and summarize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects, acting as a thought partner and executor for leadership priorities.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, or operations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of briefing executives and creating executive-ready materials.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with a bias toward action.
  • Proficiency in supply planning systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
