About the company

The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the growth of long-term commercial partnerships with large venue operators, owning each deal from first contact through negotiation and close. You will devise flexible deal structures and equip partners to sell the offering on their own. The focus is a small number of complex relationships involving many stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Win long-term revenue-share agreements with venue operators, managing each deal from the first conversation through to signature.
- Craft tailored, unconventional deal terms that suit each partner.
- Establish a partner-led resale program supported by training, sales materials and ongoing coaching.
- Build relationships across several departments and senior sponsors inside partner organizations, including purchasing, technical and contract teams.
- Divide your time between landing new partners (about 40%) and growing existing ones (about 60%).
- Work closely with senior leadership on final deal approval.

- History of taking complex deals with many decision makers from first conversation to close.
- Hands-on experience launching and supporting resale or channel programs.
- Comfort shaping pricing approaches and negotiating unusual contract arrangements.
- A degree in business, technology or a related area, or comparable work experience.
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
