About the Role

Partners are powering tremendous growth and success at Enformion. This role, which is new to Enformion, is focused on current and prospective resellers. Simply, the role is a channel sales role focused on “farming” and “hunting”

The ideal candidate will know how to work with a portfolio of marquee clients to identify organic growth, upsell, and cross-sale opportunities. In addition, this candidate will find new partnerships across the identity verification, fraud prevention, sales/marketing intelligence, and collections industries. Enformion is looking for a result-driven sales executive to drive channel partnerships and sales revenue across the United States. You will be responsible for leading all the activities across the spectrum of the business development and sales pipeline: partner strategy and prospecting, partner negotiation, channel deal origination and analysis, partner onboarding, partner interaction and sales support, contract and system management, execution, and value creation oversight.

This is an exciting opportunity to build trusted relationships, deliver measurable results, and serve as the voice of our partners internally. You’ll work closely with Customer Success to retain a portfolio of industry-leading brands all while looking for the next big partnership. This role is best suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, business strategy, and operational execution. 

The role is fully remote and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer of Enformion. The position has a sales quota, and total compensation is based significantly on commissions.

What You’ll Do 

  • Cultivate strong working relationships Enformion’s partners, ensuring effective collaboration and engagement while driving revenue growth
  • Be responsible for achieving channel sales targets, revenue goals, and sales projections, consistently delivering outstanding personal performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine engagement scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Serve as the primary success contact for strategic partners, ensuring they achieve their business goals with Enformion’s solutions.
  • Own the partner lifecycle, including onboarding support, adoption, renewal planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Deliver QBRs and ongoing communications to showcase performance, ROI, and new opportunities.
  • Actively monitor partner health, identifying risks early and creating mitigation strategies.
  • Collect feedback and insights from partners to help shape product and service improvements.
  • Track and report performance on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), NPS, and other success metrics. 

Skills for Success 

  • Strong relationship builder, capable of influencing and engaging at all levels of partner organizations. 
  • Significant understanding of Go-to-Market Channel strategies
  • Driven to excel in a target focused sales environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across business units.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives.
  • Self-directed and motivated: aptitude in leveraging greater ambiguity and less well-defined processes to drive results; being a self-starter and proven ability to excel in a fluid environment; ability to work in a fast paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong Analytics and consulting skillset: proficiency in structuring content into compelling narratives

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of Sales, Chanel Sales, Partner Management, or Account Management experience in SaaS, banking, or fraud/financial technology industries.
  • Experience managing channel or enterprise accounts, including QBR delivery and renewal ownership.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Prove track-record of achieving sales and revenue goals through partnerships.
  • Collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Accounting, and Engineering.
