As a Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be part of the Partnership Team, part of our Commercial area.
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with existent partners and potential partners, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our customers. 
🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
• Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI.
•  Negotiate and coordinate partner events to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities for the commercial team. 
•  Support commercial teams by escalating merchants’ requests and issues with partners to ensure swift resolution.
•  Attend industry lunches, dinners, and events to represent Yuno and generate business opportunities for the commercial team.
🟣 The skills you need
• Fluent in English, advanced Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with Card Schemes or Payment Networks.
• Skilled in negotiating with Financial Institutions, Fintechs, or Payment Providers for payment services.
• Expertise in NAMER and LATAM payment acceptance and e-commerce strategies.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships, performance, and executive escalations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with strategic and creative problem-solving skills for business growth.
