Your role at Dynatrace

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the end‑to‑end marketing technology stack. This role will be responsible for technical scoping in partnership with business owner, tool implementation, ongoing optimization, and strategic planning of marketing tools, ensuring the stack supports current business needs while scaling for future growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—someone who can design a long‑term martech roadmap, implement and integrate platforms, and define clear metrics to monitor tool performance, adoption, and business impact. This role partners closely with Marketing, Business System/Sales Ops, IT, Transformation team, and Analytics to ensure the marketing stack is efficient, well‑governed, and delivering measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle of the marketing technology stack, including selection, implementation, integration, optimization, and retirement of tools.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing technology strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to marketing and company priorities.
  • Evaluate new tools and capabilities, building business cases and recommendations for leadership.
  • Balance tool consolidation vs. innovation to reduce complexity while increasing capability.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation
  • System architecture diagrams
  • SOPs and admin guides
  • Integration and data flow documentation
  • Lead technical implementation and configuration of marketing tools, including integrations across CRM, data platforms, and analytics systems.
  • Partner with IT, Business Operations , and Legal to manage data flows, system dependencies, permissions, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
  • Define and own metrics and dashboards to monitor
  • Tool adoption and active usage, Feature utilization, Data quality and system performance, and Operational efficiency/ROI
  • Establish benchmarks and success criteria for each tool and identify under‑performing or redundant technology.
  • Partner with enablement teams to support onboarding, training, and best practices for marketing users.
What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and managing a complex marketing technology stack.
  • Hands‑on experience with technical implementations, integrations, and system configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and evaluating tool performance and ROI.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advance experience with Marketo, 6sense, LeanData, PowerBI, Salesforce
  • Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and workflow automation.

Compensation and Rewards

The targeted base pay range for this role is $148K to $185K. When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
