Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategic Finance Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction, evaluating growth opportunities, and supporting key corporate initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in strategy, finance, and cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Finance.
What You'll Do:
Drive the analytical work on the company's highest-stakes decisions — lead ROI analyses on strategic bets, build investment cases, and deliver root cause analyses that give senior leaders the clarity they need to act
Drive the financial narrative for board, investor, and executive audiences — translate complex model outputs and data into clear, decision-ready stories that hold up under scrutiny at the C-suite and board level
Embed in cross-functional programs to move insights to outcomes — show up in the room, run the governance cadence, and make sure key meetings produce owners, actions, and dates — not just analysis
Lead enterprise planning workstreams — partner across Finance and the business to build and pressure-test the long-range financial story, connecting topline growth to specific bets and shaping the equity narrative
Identify and close gaps in forecasting and financial processes — diagnose where current tools fail to surface issues proactively, design the fix, and hand a self-sustaining process back to the business
What You'll Bring:
Demonstrated track record of turning ambiguous, unstructured problems into structured analytical frameworks — this person has navigated situations where the question wasn't fully defined and built the approach from scratch
Proven ability to communicate financial insights to executive audiences — has repeatedly distilled dense analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders, with minimal hand-holding on what to cut or how to land the message
~4 years of high-velocity analytical experience — background in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or FP&A at a high-growth company, with a track record of owning analysis end-to-end
Cross-functional credibility — has partnered directly with business stakeholders (not just Finance) to drive decisions, not just produced deliverables consumed downstream. Comfortable being the Finance voice in the room without a manager present
Action orientation mindset — references and prior work will show a pattern of following analysis through to outcomes, not stopping at the slide. This person treats a meeting without clear next steps as an unfinished job
