Lead full-cycle sales for high-value enterprise accounts, manage $1M-$10M deals, and develop sales strategies in a startup environment.
Tutor Intelligence is a Series A robotics startup rethinking industrial automation with smarter robots, a radically better software stack, and a business model built for speed. Our core platform enables AI-powered robots-as-a-service with zero custom engineering and minimal deployment friction. That means we can drop into customer facilities at 10x lower cost and with 10x more flexibility than legacy players.
We've successfully landed initial enterprise partnerships in logistics, retail, and CPG, and now we're ready to scale this effort strategically. We're targeting massive, complex accounts—primarily in 3PL, retail, and CPG—with multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals.
This role is your opportunity to shape and grow our strategic enterprise function. You'll own high-value, strategic enterprise deals from initial outreach to close, partnering closely with our founding team. If you're a highly autonomous builder excited to define strategy, create your own workflows, and eventually build out and lead the enterprise sales function, this is the role.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales for strategic enterprise accounts, managing complex $1M–$10M+ multi-year deals.
- Generate and manage pipeline through outbound strategies, leveraging existing traction and scaling rapidly.
- Define, develop, and refine the GTM strategy, ICPs, and sales collateral alongside our founding business team.
- Create and optimize your own workflows, processes, and sales strategies in a high-autonomy environment.
- Partner closely with product, deployment, and business operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Clearly forecast and regularly report on pipeline status, deal strategy, and sales cycle progression.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into 3PL, logistics, retail, or CPG verticals.
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value ($1M–$10M+) multi-year enterprise deals.
- Deep experience in strategic selling, relationship-building, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Highly autonomous, organized self-starter comfortable defining and building processes from scratch.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, capable of strategic thinking paired with tactical execution.
- Excellent communicator with executive-level presence, clarity, and persuasion.
Bonus Points
- Established relationships in 3PL, logistics, retail, or CPG industries.
- Experience with robotics, automation, or hardware-as-a-service.
- Prior success in Series A, B, or C startups, ideally in a founding enterprise sales or strategic growth role.
