We are seeking a motivated Strategic Alliances Senior Associate to support the growth and success of our strategic data platform partners. This role will focus on enabling collaboration with leading technology partners such as Databricks, Snowflake and Dataiku. You will play a key role in managing partnership governance, tracking pipeline performance, and ensuring timely follow-up on joint account activities.
What you'll do as a Senior Strategic Alliances Associate:
  • Partnership Governance:
    • Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement.
    • Support governance models for existing strategic partnerships.
    • Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for partner reviews and joint planning sessions.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate pipeline data for partner-influenced opportunities.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress against goals.
  • Account Coordination:
    • Follow up on joint account activities and ensure timely execution of next steps.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and partner contacts to resolve issues and accelerate opportunities.
  • Operational Support:
    • Help streamline processes for partner engagement and enablement.
    • Contribute to documentation and best practices for partner development activities.
  • Marketing
    • Work with our Partner Marketing team to develop and support marketing campaigns with our partners, including written content and event coordination.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years in technology business development, partner management, or related roles preferred.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), Powerpoint and reporting platforms.
  • Mindset:
    • The patience and persistence required to make multiple attempts to reach a target Internally/externally
    • A keen ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and embrace changes.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about data and AI ecosystems.
    • Self starter that is comfortable with ambiguity
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
