We seek a driven and passionate Strategic Account Manager to join our team to drive growth and retention for our strategic accounts. As a Cloudinary Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and retaining existing client relationships and identifying and closing new growth opportunities across Cloudinary’s full suite of products. Prior experience managing strategic accounts and selling Saas in the enterprise space is required. This person must be a self-starter who can create a large business pipeline and help customers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Create, develop, and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position Cloudinary's solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for media management and optimization.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Maintain accurate and current account and opportunity forecasting within internal sales tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role
- A proven history of over-achievement and meeting targets in account management and sales roles within the SaaS industry is a must
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
