Residential appraisal knowledge is preferred.
About the Role
Reggora is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to partner with our key customers and make sure they get maximum value from the Reggora platform. You'll build trusted-advisor relationships with the lenders who run their appraisal operations on Reggora and deepen how the platform is integrated into their day-to-day workflows.
What You'll Do
- Know your accounts: develop real expertise in each customer's stakeholders, business model, and appraisal workflows.
- Advise on the platform: serve as a technical advisor on Reggora's capabilities and how to apply them.
- Bring the industry to the table: build mortgage and valuation knowledge to recommend best practices and drive adoption.
- Watch account health: monitor engagement and outcomes with data-driven methods, and act on what you see.
- Run the rhythm: conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts.
- Grow the partnership: identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
What We're Looking For
- Background as a customer success manager, account manager, or mortgage technology professional
- Data analysis skills, ideally from SaaS or startup environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport
- Technical acumen for complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Residential appraisal knowledge preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $115,000 – $165,000 per year
