Strategic Account Leader - Process Automation. Azerbaijan or Turkiye

Leads strategic customer accounts for Honeywell Process Automation, developing account strategies, value propositions, and long-term executive relationships. Coordinates internal teams and resources to pursue opportunities, deliver projects, negotiate and close contracts, fulfill commitments, and achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets. Requires complex international solution sales experience, strategic leadership, executive presence, and frequent travel.
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate leader to join our team in the role of PA (Honeywell Process Automation) Strategic Account Leader to be based in Azerbaijan, Baku. In this important role, you will act as the Strategic Account Leader for selected strategic account, orchestrating Honeywell to ensure customer overall engagement and trusted technology partner position. You will be also responsible for dedication of internal company resources to develop account strategy, value proposition, and overall coordination to make sure sufficient resources will enable effective and timely execution of agreed strategy and plan, and achieving customer satisfaction.

- Working with customers at all levels and leverage larger Honeywell teams to make sure strong relationships at all levels including executive/senior levels of the customer organization
- Collaborate with Honeywell teams to tailor solid value proposition to specific initiatives and pursuits
- Meeting quarterly and annual targets results
- Collaborate with Honeywell teams to identify new strategic opportunities
- Focal point and responsibility for account including till contract negotiation, closure and fulfilment
- Frequent travel is required (50% of the time)
Key skills and qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Solution sales (Process Automation & Control or relevant industry)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
- Proven track record of success in the industry/business/sales environment
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Proven record of experience in complex international sales and projects
- Ability to effectively work in highly matrix organization
- Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (all levels)
- Demonstrate strategic leadership and authority
- Establish credibility and respect for self and Honeywell internally & externally
- Disciplined, responsive and reliable when committing to actions
- Hungry to win/get results (hunter with outstanding consulting approach)
- Leadership: leads others toward a goal (internal influence, organization knowledge, networking)
- Knowledge of customer business, understanding customer needs and strategic thinker with solid Account Management Planning
