Your Role
This is a fast-paced role with extensive growth potential for a world-class sales professional. We are hiring a founding sales executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with our CEO Nancy to close new accounts, champion complex deals end-to-end, drive large strategic partnerships, and set the bar as we grow our GTM team. What You’ll Do
- Effectively and creatively navigate customers to close in multi-stakeholder decisions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to land and expand $X M deals.
- Be responsible for revenue growth.
- Work closely with our CEO on overall GTM and revenue growth across accounts, owning the full sales cycle for customers ranging from SMBs to large enterprises.
- Orchestrate and work with cross-functional teams such as CS, product, and marketing to maximize impact for clients.
- Communicate insights across the organization as the voice of the customer.
- Drive a high degree of customer satisfaction
Ideally You Have
- Experience running multi-threaded sales cycles with business and operations stakeholders at the executive level
- Strong track record of breaking into new accounts and closing high-dollar, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals ($X M+)
- An understanding of AI or the ability to learn quickly.
- Clear, simple, precise communication.
- A strong network of existing relationships with senior executives at large enterprises
- A solutions mindset and demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and come up with creative solutions.
US Applicants
- The minimum and maximum salary for this position is $120,000 to $180,000+ in the US;
- This position is eligible for significant equity
