  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay hyper-aware of competitive movements, regulatory shifts (risk/compliance/supply chain), and market trends within the banking and insurance sectors to provide actionable feedback to leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Legal, and InfoSec teams to smoothly navigate complex financial procurement cycles.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Candidates must possess a documented, referenceable track record of successfully selling risk, compliance, or intelligence solutions directly into Tier 1 financial institutions.

    • Industry Experience: 8+ years of field sales or enterprise account management experience, specifically working with enterprise risk, compliance, corporate intelligence, or supply chain mapping vendors.

    • Tier 1 Financial Domain: Proven expertise navigating the unique buying behaviors, regulatory hurdles, and procurement frameworks of G-SIBs (Global Systemically Important Banks) and top-tier insurance carriers.

    • Proven Track Record: A consistent, verifiable history of meeting and exceeding high-value enterprise revenue expectations and quotas.

    • Communication Skills: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to C-suite stakeholders (CROs, CCOs, CISOs).

    • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend key industry events

The target base salary for this position is $150,000-$180,000 plus company bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
