What you will be responsible for

As State Street Markets Recovery and Resolution, Vice President you will

  • Centrally manage and support the Market’s business lines in their annual Recovery and Resolution Planning “RRP” deliverables
    • Provide project management for specific sections of the firmwide plans across both Markets and other participating businesses
    • Lead the update and refresh of existing critical operations plans, divesture plans and playbooks or any new requirements
      • Identify appropriate SMEs and coordinate input and review
      • Draft written updates, obtain and refresh business data
      • Coordinate review and signoffs 
      • Manage process to tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Assist in development and review of assumptions underlying RRP playbooks and analysis
  • Collaborate with the firmwide RRP Office, Markets business lines, Global Treasury and Front Office Risk to ensure recovery plans are aligned to business risk and ongoing strategy
  • Liaise with the firmwide RRP team to deliver results on stress scenarios testing Recovery and Resolution Plan
  • Proactively develop the necessary business knowledge and skills needed to achieve successful delivery of Markets’ RRP deliverables  
  • Build and oversee a governance framework that ensures the timely and accurate production of the division’s RRP plan in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain records for the preparation of the plans and stress testing
  • Develop or enhance and document procedures and controls for updating the plan and associated data
  • Work on other projects in the product management team as priorities and capacity requires

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Financial Services
  • Experience with Recovery and Resolution
  • Relevant BA/BS

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $177,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
