ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Assistant Project Manager - Millwork to join our Boston Team. This person assists in delivering construction projects that meet or exceed Starlite’s goals by properly supporting the management of the process and the relationships with clients and Starlite staff. This includes supporting the PM with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management and relationship management. The purpose of this role is to support the Starlite Project Manager (PM) in delivering construction projects which meet or exceed Starlite’s goals by properly supporting the management of the process and the relationships with clients and Starlite staff.
  • Project Set-Up - Ensure that proper tools, processes, and other requirements are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
  • Project Execution/Document Control - Ensures the project is executed in accordance with Starlite’s processes/best practices from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Financial Management - Ensures timely and accurate completion of all Starlite financial processes, controls and reports.
  • Close-Out - Assists the Project Team in the timely and accurate close-out of the project.
  • Relationship Management - Develops and maintains critical internal and external relationships, especially with clients, owners, subs and Starlite staff.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of construction administrative or construction project management
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related work experience
  • Software Applications: MS Office (word and excel), CMiC

Salary Range Information

Boston Base Salary Range: $71,,400 – $93,800. The range stated is specific to New England Placement. The range listed depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity
