About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, senior-level Staff Copywriter with deep expertise in TVC and brand storytelling to join our growing creative team. This is not a tactical execution role—it is a creative lead position that blends big-idea thinking with end-to-end narrative accountability, particularly across video and campaign work.

This role is purposefully elevated to drive creative differentiation, campaign effectiveness, and brand consistency in a highly competitive health and wellness landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a portfolio of high-visibility work, a strong narrative voice, and experience owning their part in production lifecycles from concept through post.

You Will:
  • Lead creative concepting and copy development across high-production TVC, video, and brand campaigns

  • Own full lifecycle narrative development: from brainstorming and scripting, to production collaboration and post-editing oversight

  • Partner with art directors, designers, editors, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and elevated storytelling

  • Mentor and support other writers on the team to support creative excellence

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Product Marketing, and Legal to translate strategic goals into emotionally resonant storytelling

  • Ensure brand voice and tone are clear, cohesive, and evolved to match business needs

  • Champion high editorial standards, from grammar and copyediting to clarity and flow

You Have:
  • 10+ years in professional copywriting, with 3+ years in senior-level creative roles (Creative Lead, Senior Brand Copywriter, or similar)

  • Deep experience in TVC, video storytelling, and integrated brand campaigns

  • Strong creative portfolio with high-visibility, produced work

  • The ability to think strategically and conceptually while executing with detail and polish

  • Experience working in lean team structures and operating with autonomy

  • Excellent communicator and presenter who shines when presenting and is able to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders

  • Background in DTC, creative agency, health/wellness, or CPG industries preferred
