The Role

Information Technology at Analog Devices, is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work in the IT supporting the Customer Solutions Group.  The candidate should enjoy and excel at analyzing business processes and designing solutions. The candidate will work with business teams to design solutions that meet the business goals of ADI. The technology focus for this role will be Microsoft Dynamics and PowerPlatform; however, ADI offers many opportunities to grow and learn other technologies in this role. The candidate must have curiosity, and an aptitude for self-learning.  The role is in Wilmington, MA and has a hybrid schedule with 60% in-office time.  The job requires minimal (<10%) travel to other ADI sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, analyze, and document business requirements (either for projects or support/work requests).  It is extremely important that this role effectively documents and communicates the needs of the business.  This role must be the liaison between the business and IT to ensure both parties are on the same level of understanding.  
  • Build positive relationships with internal business customers, IT business colleagues and development team through persuasion, collaboration, and cooperation.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform to support business needs.
  • Build acceptance criteria and work with QA team and business stakeholders to validate completed work.
  • Work with a team to resolve production issues and look for opportunities to improve system performance and maintainability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, and 2-4+ years of experience

Additional Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Strong presentation and technical documentation skills
  • Organizational experience with CRM systems highly beneficial
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work with a team across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Analytical skills and creative problem-solving capability
  • Comfortable with software development lifecycles, agile, and tools like Jira and Azure Dev/Ops
  • Familiarity of programming languages (.NET, JavaScript) a plus, but not required.
  • UX skills a plus

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $106,500 to $159,750.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
