As a Senior Clinical Training Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of clinical training programs, ensuring alignment with clinical standards, business objectives, and client expectations.
You provide strategic direction to training delivery teams while maintaining strong operational oversight, enabling the consistent delivery of high-impact training solutions that drive learner readiness, performance, and clinical quality outcomes.
Grounded in clinical expertise, you ensure that training programs are not only instructionally sound but also reflective of real-world clinical decision-making. You play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, guiding Training Managers and teams to deliver scalable, effective, and compliant training across programs.
In this role, you act as a key partner to stakeholders, providing insights on training performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance clinical capability and organizational performance.

Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee training delivery across assigned programs, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards

  • Guide Training Managers in executing training plans effectively

  • Ensure alignment between training delivery and operational requirements

Program Performance Ownership

  • Own program-level performance outcomes, including:

    • NHT Performance (30-60-90 readiness

    • Early life attrition and retention

    • Learner readiness and training effectivenes

  • Analyze performance trends and identify root causes of gaps

  • Drive targeted interventions to improve program outcomes

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead program-level performance readouts, presenting insights, risks, and action plans

  • Participate in client business reviews, providing updates on training performance and initiatives

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and WFM to address performance gaps

  • Ensure alignment of training outcomes with client experience, stakeholder satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational performance targets

Trainer & Leadership Capability Development

  • Partners with cross-functional support teams to develop capability plans for clinician and clinician support managers and trainers

  • Identify and plan internal and external training programs to continuously upskill the team on training practices and clinical knowledge

  • Drive improvement in trainer capability, coaching effectiveness, and leadership readiness

  • Ensure development plans are executed and lead to measurable improvements in delivery and outcomes

Refresher, Upskilling & Capability Development

  • Lead design and execution of refresher and upskilling programs across the program

  • Use pre- and post-assessment data to identify skill gaps and measure improvement

  • Ensure interventions improve performance, retention, and readines

Training Initiatives & Continuous

  • Learning Lead program-level initiatives to improve:

    • Continuous learning adoption

    • Learner engagement

    • Training effectiveness

  • Ensure initiatives are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with program KPIs

Knowledge Management Utilization

  • Drive effective utilization of knowledge management tools, content, and practices

  • Ensure integration into training delivery and learner workflows

  • Monitor adoption and address gaps impacting performance

Financial & Efficiency Management

  • Manage program-level cost efficiency and resource utilization

  • Drive cost savings initiatives through improved execution, reduced rework, and optimized delivery

  • Ensure alignment with operational efficiency and savings targets

Operational Efficiency & Performance Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in training delivery and implement improvements

  • Lead performance recovery and intervention efforts across programs

  • Drive consistency and standardization in delivery and outcomes

Compliance, Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to training standards, documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Maintain accurate reporting of program-level performance and training outcomes

Technology, Digital Tools & AI Enablement

  • Leverage training technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve performance

  • Identify opportunities to enhance scalability and efficiency through digital solutions

  • Ensure technology supports assessment tracking, knowledge management, and performance monitoring
