Reliable Robotics is seeking to hire a full-time Sr. Technical Recruiter. At Reliable Robotics recruiters are responsible for driving all aspects of the hiring process and you will be instrumental in achieving our mission. You will work with the recruiting team and hiring managers to execute our recruiting strategy. Our team is made up of world class experts across a variety of functions. A key aspect of your role will involve building a network of engineers and operations experts from software, hardware, aviation, and aerospace industries. If you love network building, this is the perfect role for you. This position can be filled remotely or based at our facility in Mountain View, California.

Responsibilities 

Build candidate pipelines through referrals, sourcing, networking, and market research. You will spend a significant amount of time developing candidate networks across software engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace, and more. Act as a business partner to design and execute recruiting strategies with the hiring managers. Own the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, and presenting offers. Manage the metrics and operation of your search to identify and implement opportunities to improve process, uplevel interview practices, and drive candidate decisions. In addition to recruiting, you will help us implement early people programs - Employee Referrals, Interview Training, University Outreach, etc.

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 4+ years working as a remote team member if position is to be held remotely
  • Proven track record of strong sourcing fundamentals, candidate management, and offer closing
  • Experience “In-house” hiring top technical talent in fast paced, high growth, startup environments

  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
  • Mentor to hiring managers, employees, and candidates
  • Experience working in aerospace or the autonomous vehicle industry

This position can be filled remotely or based at our facility in Mountain View, California

Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. 

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits.  At Reliable Robotics, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.  In addition to base compensation, Reliable Robotics offers stock options, employee medical, 401k contribution, great co-workers and a casual work environment.
