The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000-110,000 base annually. We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our team. This role will report to a Sr Manager., Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment needs for assigned requisitions.
What You'll Do:
- Utilize our ATS as system of record for all recruiting related activity and documentation including agency submitted candidate flow. Ensure internal and external candidates are applying to open positions for compliance and audit tracking.
- Meet with Hiring Managers at the beginning of the recruiting process to ensure alignment on skills, experience and expectations of the open position. Outline/align on the posting, interview and selection process. Discuss market conditions for recruiting for the role and ensure alignment of pay expectations for the position and target compensation for qualified candidates against the approved budget.
- Manage relationships with hiring manager and candidates in process for consideration in the application, interview, selection, and onboarding process.
- Post requisitions internally and externally. Drive candidate attraction efforts to build a robust talent pipeline for the business.
- Review applicants in requisitions for job suitability. Disposition those that are not qualified. Complete phone screens for qualified candidates and submit recommended candidates to hiring manager for interview consideration.
- Complete active sourcing or work with sourcing partner to ensure proactive sourcing is completed for harder to fill roles; provide timely feedback on talent matching and decisions to move forward or disposition candidates out of consideration/process with skill/job related reasoning
- Ensure hiring process continues moving forward and communication with both candidate and hiring managers is consistent and timely.
- DE&I – Partner with managers to ensure interview framework (interview guide and interview panel) is being followed and that appropriate criteria is being used in the evaluation and selection process
- Compensation – Work with Total Rewards team, P&C BP and hiring manager in development of offer package components
- Effectively communicate with TA Coordinator, if applicable, to ensure interview scheduling, offer, transition/onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Partner with onboarding specialists, IT and TA Manager and remain engaged with candidates through to hire/start for best experience and security against fall out due to notice, transition periods, etc.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 6+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate, agency or BPO environment with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Prior experience recruiting for technical roles, including user experience, product, and technology
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience utilizing Workday applicant tracking system
- Expertise of with LinkedIn Recruiter a must, but other job boards and sourcing platforms a plus
- Ability to ensure data accuracy throughout all stages of the requisition process
- Highly organized and ability to self-direct/plan workday to complete assigned workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team based, fluid environment with comfort dealing with change
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, talent sourcing, and interview/offer process management.
- Strong knowledge of local/regional/national employment laws, including past experience working across multiple countries
- Strong sense of ownership and follow up with hiring managers and candidates to help foster a positive hiring experience and employment brand
