Lead end-to-end enterprise technology and cloud implementations, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams. Serve as the primary client-facing liaison while coordinating architects, consultants, developers, integration teams, QA, and global resources. Facilitate governance and executive communications, resolve delivery roadblocks, manage scope changes and project financials, and ensure quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
GoSaaS is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology implementations and serve as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong combination of project leadership, technical understanding, client management, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams from planning through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and cloud implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary client-facing project lead, building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, developers, integration teams, QA, and offshore/global resources.
- Facilitate project status meetings, executive updates, steering committees, and project governance.
- Identify and proactively resolve risks, issues, resource constraints, and project roadblocks.
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project commitments and client expectations.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and overall project health.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients, project teams, and GoSaaS leadership.
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical project or program management experience within enterprise technology or consulting environments.
- Experience leading ERP, SaaS, cloud, or large-scale enterprise application implementations.
- Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, including requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, risks, and deadlines.
- Experience managing project budgets, resource plans, and scope.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred: Experience within an Oracle Cloud consulting/implementation environment, including exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, integrations, or related enterprise transformation programs.
