About the Role:
The Senior Technical Marketing Manager (Sr. TMM) Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) combines advanced technical expertise with product marketing leadership to shape how CrowdStrike positions, markets, and delivers its threat intelligence and hunting security solutions, while playing a critical role in product marketing strategies, launches, and go-to-market execution.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing (CAO) and serves as a senior member of the Product Marketing team. You will play a critical role in defining messaging, creating compelling technical narratives, and driving go-to-market success for CrowdStrike’s threat Intelligence and hunting capabilities. Your work will directly influence product positioning, customer adoption, competitive win rates, and CrowdStrike’s leadership in cloud and identity security.
As a Sr. TMM, you act as both a technical subject matter expert and a product marketing partner, producing world-class product demonstrations, workshops, and technical content while also shaping the stories and strategies that resonate with customers, analysts, and the market. You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Sales, Analyst Relations, and Enablement teams to ensure that CrowdStrike’s messaging is both technically accurate and market-winning. This is an individual contributor, hands-on role.
What You'll Do:
Develop and deliver impactful demonstrations of Falcon Adversary OverWatch and Falcon Adversary Intelligence, showcasing how CrowdStrike enables organizations to proactively identify, track, and stop the world’s most sophisticated adversaries.
Build labs, workshops, demo videos, whitepapers, best practice deployment guides, and enablement assets that accelerate adoption and highlight CrowdStrike’s differentiation
Serve as a bridge between technical marketing and product marketing, aligning product capabilities with market narratives and competitive positioning
Shape positioning, messaging frameworks, and launch strategies as a core member of the Product Marketing team, ensuring they resonate with buyers, partners, and analysts
Lead the creation of technical and thought leadership content, including demo assets, launch materials, blogs, webinars, and technical articles that showcase CrowdStrike’s innovation in threat intelligence and hunting.
Influence messaging and competitive positioning strategies in close partnership with Product Marketing to strengthen CrowdStrike’s leadership
Partner with Product Management to map product features to real-world adversary attack techniques (e.g., MFA bypass, lateral movement), investigation steps, and countermeasure deployment
Support Analyst Relations and industry influencers with technical expertise, live demos, and detailed product briefings
Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Enablement to develop sales plays and training that sharpen differentiation in the field
Create practitioner-level guides, best practice playbooks, and competitive assets that help security teams operationalize threat intelligence and hunting.
Own product marketing initiatives in collaboration with the broader Product Marketing team, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and campaign support
Represent CrowdStrike at conferences, tradeshows, analyst briefings, and customer events as both a technical SME and product marketing spokesperson
What You'll Need:
8+ years of cybersecurity or cloud security product experience strongly preferred, in roles such as Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solution Architect
Deep understanding of threat intelligence concepts (e.g., IOCs, TTPs, threat actors, MITRE ATT&CK). Understand the full intelligence lifecycle and how it supports proactive defense and decision-making
Familiarity with adversary tradecraft, malware families, adversary groups, and security operations workflows and how they map to real-world security operations, including threat hunting, detection engineering, and incident response
Experience using or marketing threat intelligence platforms, SIEMs, SOARs, or endpoint security tools and able to articulate how threat intelligence integrates into these environments to enhance visibility, prioritization, and defensive effectiveness
Proven ability to build and deliver complex technical demos, labs, and enablement content that connect solutions with business outcomes
Track record of influencing product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, launches, and GTM campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate threat intelligence and hunting concepts to technical and business audiences alike
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
