About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Talent Partner to lead our recruiting strategy, drive pipeline development, and elevate the candidate experience. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role where you’ll design and execute the full talent acquisition strategy while also contributing to employee engagement and development initiatives that strengthen our culture.

As the go-to talent partner for leadership, you’ll shape how we attract, hire, and retain top talent, optimize our systems, and ensure we scale with purpose.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute the company-wide recruiting strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, with a strong focus on SaaS and tech industry talent.
  • Partner with leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and success profiles.
  • Evaluate alternatives for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recommend the best-fit solution, and drive implementation and optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations and enhance reporting.
  • Reduce dependency on external recruiting agencies by strengthening in-house recruiting capabilities and pipelines.
  • Build and deliver training programs for hiring managers (interview best practices, inclusive hiring, candidate experience) and for employees (onboarding, engagement initiatives, career development touchpoints).
  • Support employee engagement and development programs that strengthen belonging, connection, and retention.
  • Partner with the People/Compensation team to stay current on market trends and ensure alignment with competitive talent practices.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership on talent market insights and workforce planning.
What Success Looks Like
  • Recruiting strategy directly supports business growth and hiring goals.
  • Source top talent directly, using a mix of traditional methods and AI-powered tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Quality-of-hire consistently improves, with new team members thriving in their roles and contributing to long-term success, while recruiting efficiency strengthens over time.
  • Proactive pipelines result in faster, higher-quality hires, especially in SaaS talent markets.
  • ATS and recruiting processes are streamlined, measurable, and scalable.
  • Agency spend is significantly reduced through stronger direct sourcing and employer branding.
  • Training programs are adopted widely, improving consistency and inclusivity across the hiring process.
  • Employee engagement scores trend upward with increased program participation.
  • Hiring managers and leaders view you as a trusted strategic partner.

Requirements

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings.
  • Proven track record recruiting and building pipelines in SaaS and technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and executing a company-wide recruiting strategy.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an ATS.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a focus on reducing agency reliance, including leveraging AI-driven tools to identify, engage, and assess top talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse workplace.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Track record managing employee engagement, culture, or people operations initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and workforce planning tools.
Why Join Us?
  • Take the lead on initiatives that not only transform how we hire, but also elevate how employees engage, develop, and thrive.
  • Join a passionate team united by the mission of building the market’s leading revenue enablement platform and help us scale with purpose.
  • We are growing!

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
