What You’ll Do:
Lead Snyk’s global Talent Brand strategy and activate creative, insight-led campaigns across digital channels.
Build AI powered content and attraction programmes aligned to hiring priorities and talent personas.
Partner with leaders across Talent, People, Marketing, and GTM to create consistent, compelling storytelling.
Design and deliver key employee experiences, including onboarding, mobility, and development touchpoints.
Develop scalable frameworks that connect the employee journey across all Snyk hubs.
Use analytics, feedback, and AI insights to measure impact and continuously improve programmes.
Bring creativity, clarity, and positive energy to a collaborative team that loves building new things together.
What You Bring:
Experience in employer brand, talent marketing, or employee experience in a global tech or SaaS environment.
Ability to build multi-channel campaigns that drive visibility and measurable results.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with confidence using AI assisted creative tools.
Understanding of audience segmentation and digital marketing channels.
Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills.
Curiosity, initiative, and a mindset that embraces continuous learning.
