Why this role?
As a key member of the Product Operations team, you will be the operational backbone for our product development organization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the "how" of product development: streamlining internal processes, and ensuring our product teams have reliable data and tools to build, launch, and iterate on our core products effectively and at scale. This role is highly cross-functional, sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and internal business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Process Optimization and Tooling Management
You will help shape our process design and optimization: Design, document, and implement scalable processes and workflows for critical product lifecycle stages.
You will lead tooling/tech stack ownership: Administer, manage, and optimize the core set of tools used by Product and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and data hygiene.
Product Analysis and Insights
Partner with Data and Engineering teams to define, standardize, and ensure the integrity of key product performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across different data sources.
Develop, maintain, and automate self-service dashboards and reports that provide Product Managers and leadership with actionable insights on product health, team efficiency, and operational performance.
You will analyze internal product usage data, customer needs, and stakeholder feedback to surface trends and recommendations for product and operational improvements. This includes supporting Product Leadership with preparing Product Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Cross Functional Communication
Facilitate clear and consistent internal communication regarding product updates, feature performance, and operational changes to ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
Design and manage systems for collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing internal stakeholder feedback (e.g., from Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams) to feed into the product development process in a structured way.
What You Bring:
3 years of experience in a Product Operations or Program Management role, preferably within a high-growth or fast-paced tech company.
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize processes.
Strong data analysis proficiency preferred, including expertise with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker), and experience with workflow/project management software (e.g., Jira, Aha)
A proactive and curious mindset with a track record of quickly mastering new internal systems, tooling, and business domains to drive efficiency.
You love solving complex problems with a collaborative team.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Have experience in creating clear, visually compelling documentation and presentations (e.g., Google Slides, Confluence) to effectively communicate to diverse audiences.
Have experience with evaluating and operationalizing AI technologies to improve process efficiency, team productivity, and launch outcomes.
Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo
We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
