GEICO seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Strategist, Engagement Incentives to join our Independent Agent Sales team. The successful candidate will directly report to the Director, Agency Sales Engagement Strategy and will be responsible for strategic planning, creation, implementation and management of content, programs and experiences that encourage earlier and broader product adoption, brand trust and preference for GEICO. This role will have a direct impact on GEICO’s market share across its entire network of independent agent partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with product, sales and platform leadership to define objectives and success measures, then design engagement campaigns, partnership programs and unique experiences that deliver against business priorities.
  • Plan, build, deploy, measure and iterate on micro-incentive campaigns to drive deeper agent attention, engagement, production, trust and preference across all three sales deployments using programs, broad reach campaigns, tools, incentives, and virtual experiences.
  • Build and consult on off-the-shelf agent challenges for BDs/AOMs to leverage to change agent behavior
  • Plan and deploy a GEICO IA surprise and delight program and support campaigns
  • Design and implement an agent superlatives program to recognize top individual achievers and help set goals and expectations for new agents.
  • Design and manage daily engagement content and perks
  • Test ways to drive higher registration, attendance and engagement in virtual events
  • Serve as subject matter expert and presenter for live and on-demand events.
  • Regularly monitor, collect and elevate opportunities to improve program experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience as a marketing, communications or sales strategist.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Executive communication skills (writing, influencing, persuading, presenting) and a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders from corporate headquarters to regional to individual office locations. 
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing programs designed to drive loyalty, trust, and deeper engagement.

LOCATION:

  • Remote with travel up to 5% (events, sales conference)
  • Opportunity to work in available office space at a regional GEICO office, not required


 

Annual Salary

$121,975.00 - $189,625.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
