As a Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of subcontracting. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC for Buy To sell products which are mechanical and electronics.


You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location. 


In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the delivery of Buy To Sell product, executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers, and driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them
  • Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Strong negotiation skills and processes
  • Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline
  • Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred
  • Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
  • Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) and ability to negotiate terms and conditions

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,000-$104.000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
