At Tenstorrent, we are building the next generation of AI and RISC-V compute. This role supports our CVP of Operations by turning priorities into execution, driving cross-functional programs forward, and making sure important work does not stall between teams. It is a high-trust role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, keep leaders aligned, and move quickly without creating noise.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara,CA; Austin,TX; Boston,MA; or Toronto,ON.

Who You Are

  • High-agency operator who moves seamlessly between executive-level priorities and day-to-day execution, owning end-to-end outcomes.
  • Proven at driving complex cross-functional work across operations, finance, legal, recruiting, and business partners.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor business, including development timelines, product portfolios, manufacturing, sales and operations planning, and financial investments.
  • Clear, direct, and organized communicator who brings structure, follow-through, and sound judgment to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Trusted partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs, pressure-testing plans, and turning decisions into action while creating clarity where it doesn’t yet exist.

What We Need

  • Own and drive high-priority cross-functional programs on behalf of the CVP of Operations, from kickoff through execution and follow-through.
  • Drive effective operating cadences, including weekly staff meetings, monthly finance reviews, and quarterly all-hands, to achieve org KPIs and key milestones.
  • Coordinate across operations program managers to integrate sales & operations, headcount, and infrastructure planning processes.
  • Prepare clear, concise materials for leadership discussions, including updates, decision memos, project summaries, and operational recommendations.
  • Build and maintain operating rhythms that keep teams aligned by translating priorities into clear next steps, owners, timelines, and decision points, while proactively identifying execution gaps, surfacing risks early, and unblocking issues.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
