JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Product Marketing Manager for AI pilot (Hivemind), our cutting-edge AI powered autonomy software platform for developing autonomous systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving the product’s scaled adoption in the market. You will be responsible for developing a brand new product marketing strategies, executing those to achieve product and business goals. You will drive Go-to-Market planning and strategy for both commercial and defense applications, as well as international expansion. You will be the key marketing DRI for the business collaborating with content, sales, product and leadership team. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the autonomous systems market, including trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Hivemind, including positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
- Product Messaging and Collateral: Create compelling messaging and content for Hivemind, including website content, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
- Campaign Development: Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.) to generate leads and increase product awareness.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training materials, and presentations that support the selling process.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, gather insights from customers, sales, and industry analysts to refine marketing strategies and product roadmap.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and other teams to influence product roadmap and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and regularly report on marketing ROI.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. in Marketing or Business. Similar degree or equivalent practical experience acceptable.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing within the software industry, preferably with experience in SDKs, APIs, or developer tools.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing technical products to developers and/or enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly in autonomous systems or related fields.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively communicate technical concepts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with any of the following:
- Selling software to the Department of Defense
- Federal Acquistion Regulations
- Selling software to defense companies
- Experience driving substantial international expansion of a software product.
