Senior Specialist, Talent Management

As the Sr. Specialist, Leadership Development & Learning, you will help employees and leaders build the skills, mindsets, and capabilities needed to grow their careers and maximize their impact.

This role serves as a facilitator, content developer, and program owner responsible for delivering and continuously improving a portfolio of onboarding, leadership development, and employee development experiences. You will design and enhance learning content, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our programs remain relevant, practical, and aligned with evolving business needs.

The impact you'll have:

Leadership Development Programs

  • Facilitate leadership development experiences for employees at multiple career stages, including emerging leaders, people managers, and high-potential talent. This includes leading cohort-based programs, leadership academies, manager development experiences, and leadership pipeline initiatives

  • Create engaging and inclusive learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, and application while adapting facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse learner groups

  • Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure learning experiences remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with organizational needs

Employee Onboarding & New Hire Development

  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of new employee onboarding experiences across the U.S. and EMEA regions, including facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and program enhancements

  • Develop resources and learning experiences that help new employees understand our culture, business, products, and ways of working while supporting a successful transition into Curriculum Associates

  • Monitor participant feedback and onboarding effectiveness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Content Development & Learning Design

  • Design and develop asynchronous training content to support globally distributed teams ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and learner engagement without requiring real-time participation

  • Design, develop, and enhance facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, learning activities, and reinforcement resources that support employee and leadership development

  • Refresh existing content based on learner feedback, business needs, emerging leadership trends, and adult learning best practices

  • Customize learning materials for specific audiences and support broader curriculum enhancement efforts across the Learning & Development portfolio

Program Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned learning and development programs, including participant communications and materials

  • Track participation, learner feedback, and program effectiveness metrics to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Maintain learning assets and support the successful delivery of both virtual and in-person learning experiences

ERG Support & Integration

  • Oversees ERG program operations, providing systems, tools, resources, and coordination that enable ERG leaders to design and deliver high-impact experiences

  • Partners with ERG facilitators on logistics, communications, event readiness, and facilitator preparation—without owning the design of ERG event content

  • Maintains up-to-date ERG playbooks, planning templates, communication guides, and resource libraries

Who we're looking for: 

  • Experience facilitating and presenting learning experiences in virtual and in-person environments for a variety of audiences

  • Experience designing and developing learning content, materials, and programs that support employee and leadership development

  • Ability to gather information from stakeholders and use it to develop learning solutions that address identified needs

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across the organization

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, or priorities while meeting established timelines

  • Proven ability utilizing AI tools, and demonstrated understanding of how AI can shape learning experiences

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs and supporting onboarding or employee development initiatives

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning experience design principles

  • Familiarity with LXP platforms, compliance training tools, or vendor-managed learning solutions

Benefits and Pay Range:

Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
